Managerial Round - Manager will again ask technical and behavioral questions
HR Round - will negotiate on CTC and ask some behavioral questions again.
It begins with an online application followed by technical assessment, Candidates who clear this stage are invited for a technical interview where their problem-solving skills, subject knowledge, and project experience are evaluated. This is followed by an HR or behavioral interview to assess communication, cultural fit, and alignment with IBM’s values. For some positions, there may also be a final managerial round focusing on leadership, teamwork, and real-world scenarios. The overall process is structured, role-specific, and usually takes 1–3 weeks to complete.

You've handled a big team before—how did you manage that, and what approach would you take to deliver the same results with fewer people?
2 rounds, 1 with Junior and 1 with Senior Manager and then HR Round. Too much time consuming and prolonged and underquoted on the pre-informed compensation. Senior Manager acted rude after informing existing job compensation.
