Went fairly quickly, seemed like they'd already selected me for hire before I even interviewed. Went through two rounds of interviews before I got the offer letter. The first interview, make sure you turn in your cover letter, resume, and references/recommendation letter. The job description didn't match what I was told what I would be doing in the interview so I asked a lot of questions about what I would be actually doing. I had to compete against other contractors for the position so I kept my mouth shut about how my first interview went. Second interview was super challenging. Lots of questions being asked about how to keep everything I do business-oriented, especially how to ensure that the products I would continue to support would maintain its functionality.
