I tried to submit a resume on IBM's horrible job site. After filling in all the registration form (terrible requirement in itself) and submitting it, i got an error telling me that the password i chose doesn't include at least on special character - and then ERASED ALL the registration information I've filled in the registration form I then closed the IBM site and decided not to apply to a company that thinks so little of it's applicants to send them to this horrible and unfriendly application site, in year 2016.
