First round is Written test-reasoning, quantitative aptitude,English, computer proficiency.shortlisted candidates go for second round.Second round is seminar/group discussion.Again shortlisting. Third is telephonic interview, shortlisted will go for final personnel interview

They will conduct first round of interview about to tell ourself
Next round called online test like versant test
Last Is About HR Round
Sometimes they will change versant test into writing test on paper like match the followings passage based questions
1 Interview with the HR asking about my qualifications etc. I didn't get selected due to my language. I prefer Hindi over English. So good Communication skills are much needed if you are going for any interview
