After a recruiter screening call, they wanted me to take an online technical test ("TET"). Apparently they weren't even going to show my resume to the hiring manager until I passed their 3 standard tests. The one-sidedness of the time investment was annoying, but I decided to continue anyway.
But when I started that testing process, it turns out they wanted my webcam on for the entire time.
That's when I noped out. If they're that disrespectful of my time, privacy, and honesty during the interview process, I can't imagine what it's like once they think I'm dependent on them for my salary.
