Question 1
Do you think you will be able to grow the practice and the associated business
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ipsos (New York, NY) in Jul 2014
Interview
Interviewed with SVP and VP. SVP very charismatic and approachable but asks tough questions. As this was a referral, I was not as prepared for harder questions about my experiences as I should have been. I should have prepared for this as a first interview/ no referral. I had no been on an interview in 6 years and wasn't as prepared as I could have been. Process was relatively short for a big company-not a lot of time and bureaucracy involved in actually getting the job offer once interview as complete.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ipsos (New York, NY) in Dec 2012
Interview
I met with two senior leaders. They brought me in and they both interviewed me at the same time which I thought was a bit weird but that was ok with me. Then they separated and then asked me separate questions. Once that was over they gave me a tour of the office and then explained how each of the offices were set up.
