      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ipsos in Dec 2022

      Interview

Experience was okay. You first had to complete a skills assessment which wasn't hard. You later had a quick 30 minute phone call with someone which allowed you to share things about yourself, ask a couple questions, etc... just allowing them to get to know you a little more. Finally, there was a 2.5 hour final interview where you talked to 3 different people for 30 minutes each & a q&a session at the end with people who worked at Ipsos who also went through the program. For the most part, the interview was not bad and they asked great questions. But there were 2 weird questions I was asked which I think messed me up. One was a scenario - you had a house on the jersey shore and a hurricane destroyed it... would you rebuild a house on that property or build a parking lot. The other question was super long and another scenario - if your company had a new kitty food company client, what subgroups would you research to learn more about the customers buying the kitty food. These were the only questions that tripped me up. The interviewers were nice for the most part, but it does take a lot of time to complete. The only thing that made me upset about this process is their lack in communication. For the final interview, they emailed you a bunch of links to the zoom calls with the different interviewers, but then switched some of them up the day before which was confusing. Also, after they informed me they moved on with other candidates, I emailed them and asked why I was not chosen so I can learn from my mistakes. Its been several weeks and they still haven't let me know. Overall, it isn't too difficult, but some questions can be long and confusing.
