Interview
You enter a zoom room for the superday with other candidates. You are then put into three different breakout rooms with three different interviewers (all VP and MD). They ask you questions and you help carry the conversation for about 20 minutes each.

Tell me about yourself, what JPM Private Bank, tell me about the markets, tell me how a bank balance sheet differs from a non-financial one, teamwork, conflict, problem solving
Very simple. Three 25 minute interview. All behavioral expect for 2-3 market based questions. General about what you are following. Did ask follow up questions on the market question asking about specific terminology.

Interview
Had 3, 30-minute interviews that were all the same. The interviews were very conversational; the interviewers truly just wanted to get to know me. Really, only got asked why JP, why Private Banking, and what have I seen in markets, then they would take it from there.
