The process was pretty intense and very technical. Need to have a deep understanding of finance, markets and the current situation in the world (economy, finance). I really enjoyed it, even though it was stressful and very competitive. They make sure that the people they hire are top of the top and clearly stand out of the crowd. Overall, I think the interviews were very professional and challenging.
