The process took 2 days. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Feb 2012
Interview
The people from JP Morgan were very friendly and professional. For recruiting undergrads, they mostly asked fit/behavioral questions so it wasn't stressful or intimidating. They were mainly just trying to get to know me better. They recruited a large number of schools over a few weeks so it takes some time to get back to you.
First round was a HireVue - it had about 5-6 questions. Received a superday months later! The HireVue questions were much more niche than expected. Would say harder than an average summer analyst hirevue. Superday consisted of 3 interviews back to back, one being a case presentation!

Question 1
Tell me a time you had to explain complex information to someone
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (New York, NY) in May 2023
Interview
Great, informal and formal. No technical questions mostly trying to understand your experience and who you are. Three different interviewers from the different divisions explained their background and asked me how I would approach an example challenge that they would face. Not really right-answer type of questions but just trying to understand how you think and whether you can effectively explain your reasoning.

Question 1
Why are you personally motivated to work at a team like ours?
The SuperDay was mostly behavioral questions with a few questions about the overall financial market. A few interview rounds with one or two people. Interviewers were very knowledgeable and it was a great overall experience.
