HR round if the first round, where they try to gauge the general fitness with the organisation and the other expectations from the candidate. subsequently there are multiple face to face rounds, in my case there were 2 rounds of interviews being conducted. Post that there is some negaotion on the salary, which is not a pleasant experience.
The interview process was professional and well-structured. The hiring manager asked insightful questions and provided a clear overview of the role. Although I wasn't selected, it was a positive experience overall."
