The hiring process consists of several interviews. In these interviews they are mainly looking for examples of long term commitment, flexibility and measured results. Coaching in sales is a good quality to have, time management and detail to executing controls.

Commitment and flexibility (i.e. travel & long hours)
No planned interview. Calling randomly and asking questions over call without any formal meeting invite. When confirmed, in middle about no prior intimation, was told this is how we take interview. Never experienced any other company doing like this though.

pretty easy; the question were mostly situational questions; there was 2 store managers and a district manager present; as long as you stick with the question ask you will do fine.

Applied via the firm's website, it took them a couple if weeks to revert and to oeganize a phone interview first. After that the firm invited me to the first face to face interview. Two more followed before I was offered the job
