I applied online. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Aug 2013
Interview
I was contacted via phone to set up a meeting with two people at the Brooklyn Location. The lady setting the appointment was very vague on the position I was being interviewed for. When I arrived for the interview, one of the people interviewing me explained what the position was because she stated that person X had a tendency to not fully explain the position. After the interview I never heard anything back from them.
My interview at JP Morgan was an incredibly positive experience. The team created a welcoming atmosphere, asked thoughtful questions, and encouraged open conversation. I appreciated their professionalism, warmth, and genuine interest in my skills and potential contributions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Hong Kong) in Feb 2015
Interview
Interview process was pretty straightforward. I had two informal chats and a final formal meeting with hiring exec. As any other interview we went through previous experience and expectations etc. What's really important is too be well prepared, eg know what position you'd like and know what questions you want to ask (what's the envir like?, responsibilities?etc).
