Submitted my application and got an email about a first round interview a few days later. Interviewed with the analyst and associates on the team, nothing very technical, just basic walk me through your resume and tell me about yourself, a question on how to think about the IPO process and what I think ECM does to reach out to investors.

Pretty good, two interviewers, nice process. they asked me a few questions about financing plan design, financing with bond and equity. Quite difficult but they will give you a guide. Nice experience
