There was an initial application where you included your resume, a series of mini games that assessed personality and skills such as focus, and finally a HireVue interview where you answered a few questions?
Application process was fairly easy where you submit your cover letter and cv. Invitation to complete hirevue came immediately after submission. (3 questions on hirevue)
No numerical/logical tests were done.
