Question 1
What experience in customer service do you have, and what can you do to make the customer keep coming back to bank with Chase?
Phone interview is the possible first step, it will be with a recruiter, not a manager of the branch. Of course once you pass that then he/she will contact you back with information on the in person interview with branch managers. Interviewed with two branch managers, very detailed interview. The job is to be a teller so you basically have to up play your customer skills. Smile til your cheeks hurts, if they don’t hurt after you left the building you probably did not get the job.
