Assessment day which involved several group and individual tasks. One task involved reading through some material and presenting to the room. Another task was a group session which involved discussion materials which the team had to work through and make decisions from.

the interview was a smooth process and it lasted around fifty minutes in total. they asked mathematical questions to test my logic and basic questions like "introduce yourself" and "explain a time you worked in a team"

Three 30-minute online interviews with staff members from different teams and seniority. There were various breaks between interviews, where candidates waited in a virtual waiting room. They asked various motivational, competency, and technical questions.
