I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Oct 2008
Interview
I got 2 phone interviews, one with recruier, one with hiring manager. Both went through smoothly. They ask basic questions from my resume and current position. Then I got on-site interview and talked with 5 ppl, 2 were over the phone. It's not tough at all, mostly are related with info from my resume. Some are related to position I applied. Overall speaking, experience are very positive.
I met with a portfolio manager, then the CIO, and had a conversation about myself, my history, CV, experience, and the role. It was pleasant and not particularly difficult. Everyone was very professional and nice.
I applied online. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Buenos Aires) in Mar 2023
Interview
Son 3 entrevistas. El primer filtro con HR, segunda con el equipo, tercera con manager y VP. En todas testean el idioma ingles. Aconsejo tener preparadas posibles respuestas en ingles y en español para facilitar la entrevista y evitar silencios.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
Very challenging and intricate. Best recommended to prepare with time. Behavioral and fit questions relate more to soft skills such as your ability to work with a team, leadership, commitment, creative thinking, and your overall personality type. Being prepared for these types of questions is critical, and the best strategy is to pick 5-7 examples of specific situations from your resume that you can use as examples of leadership, teamwork, a weakness, hard work, problem-solving, etc.
