      Operational Risk Manager Interview

      10 Sept 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Mumbai
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Mumbai) in Aug 2015

      Interview

I was called through a recruitment firm and told that I was a very good fit for the job since there was a more than 80% match of my current skills and job description. However I was extremely upset by the manner in which the entire interview was conducted. Mainly for the reason that I was allotted a time slot of 1hour and the interview ended within 25 minutes out of which the interviewer spoke for 15 minutes. If you've called someone for an interview give them a fair chance to speak. Let the interview be held for the time allotted and please give the candidate a chance to talk. If you have predecided the fate of the candidate based on the resume don't call the candidate for the interview. And if you have called them respect their time and give them an opportunity.
