I applied online. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Aug 2023
Interview
I gone throught 2 interviews. The first interview was fine, interviewers were nice. The second interview was weird a little bit, the interviewers didn't smile at all and were bored and not interested in the interview. After more than a month of preparation, waiting and going through multiple interviews, I received a scripted email from the recruiters that they decided to go for someone else without giving any feedback on the reasons of not selecting me as any normal respectful oraginzation would do. I sent the recruiter 3 emails to enquire about the reasons for not selecting me but she didn't respond to me. Worst interview experience by far, and to be honest I wouldn't want to work for an organization that treats peeople like this. I decided not to pursue any other Job at JP morgan after this bad experience.

Interview
Interview was easy with only behavioral questions. Just need to emphasize desire to enter the client servicing space and having the aptitude and inclination to getting things done quickly and accurately.

How did you deal with rude customers? (interviewer had prior knowledge to my food industry experience)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan
Interview
First interview is with the hiring manager. Second was over zoom with four VPs. Cannot be too sure what the selection criteria is for the company. Some of the VPs were disengaged and overly critical. Not the best experience.

It was 2 interviews and they were pretty straight forward. Entire process took roughly a month. Typically it’s a panel of people that interview you as well. I was an internal hire though, so that may make a difference.
