Interview
After the HireVue, the first round interview asked me on self-intro, my resume questions, then 2 from behavior questions, 1 from accounting, and 2 from corporate finance. Didn't get second round.
Pretty fair technical questions about financial statements. There was an initial intro call and then a call with two different analysts, a healthy mix of technical questions and just personality fit questions that do a lot of training on the job.
hirevue straight to virtual superday. 3 back-to-back interviews. 1 explicitly technical, one a mix of technical and behavioral, and last with an MD was strictly behavioral. All three interviewers were extremely nice.
After submitting your application, you will receive a HireVue invitation. There are three questions, each with 2 takes. If selected to move forward the next process is the superday which consists of 3 30-minute interviews, each a combination of behavioural and technical.
