I would like to say that I got to interview stage on the role I applied to; but I did not despite having 20 years experience in that specific role. Instead JP Morgan approached a younger colleague in an entirely unrelated department asking if she was interested in the position.
I would not have known had she not told me. I messaged the HR contact on the posting on Linkedin to ask why they were not interested in interviewing someone with 20 years experience in that specific role and he then asked me to reapply, one person got in touch to say they may schedule and interview- but then nothing, no interview.
Jamie Dimon is himself not exactly young, so if youth is their prerequisite why is he still in a job?

3-stage interview, starting with initial screening, questions about myself, and cultural fit. The second and third interviews were both technical, covering various topics. Topics touched upon ranged from Excel, Python, SQL to statistics and experience with internal tooling such as Alteryx, and dashboard construction.

I should have prepared better. When talking to other people at the company, they said the interview questions were pretty standard and though there were no curve balls. I stumbled a lot. I feel really bad for blowing this.
