I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Milan) in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied through my university in Milan. They called me for a first round of assessment, with some numerical and technical tests. The second round of assessment was a 40-minutes interview, where the Employer asked questions about my profile, basically everything from my resume. Just few days later, I was called for a third round of interview, where a Senior manager asked technical questions.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapore)
Interview
After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
