Very conversational interview. Behavioral type questions. They want to see your personality and make sure your core values are aligned with the firms core values. Come prepared with well thought out questions and knowledge of the practice you are looking to join.

Tell us about a time you dealt with a difficult situation with a peer and how you handled it?
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
