I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG
Interview
Went to an external interview with megt and then did and internal interview and then was given an offer. Interview felt quite difficult but reasonable. Was offered a traineeship position with no prior experience in my field.
first round with consultant and senior consultant, multiple mini cases and behavioural questions
very quick to move to second round
second round with senior manager, case presentation etc
slow response time after second round
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
