Invited to face-to-face interview with hiring manager and one other manager. Presentation task given 2 weeks before so plenty of time to prepare. Very informal interview and excellent interaction. Pleasant experience.

The interview process had three stages - a telephone interview with one individual, followed by a presentation to two people of a marketing plan, plus competency and background questions and the third would have been a "coffee conversation" getting to know you
