I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Montvale, NJ) in Sept 2016
Interview
HR misled me into a fake interview. After I applied for one job, HR contacted me and urged me to interview for a different job in another department. I met barely 60% of the spec for the second job and expressed reservations, but they persisted.
I asked to speak with someone in HR by phone first. I asked outright if two technical skills in the job spec, which I didn’t have, were essential. The HR guy kept dodging the question and pushing me to meet with the hiring manager (without a phone screening with the latter first).
I arrived and found that the hiring manager had never read my resume. He just glanced over it in front of me, asked a few perfunctory questions, and sent me on my way. Two days later, the HR guy left me a voice mail saying I was rejected. I was suspicious. It seemed like he just needed someone to show up.
Later, I learned how some companies require a minimum number of candidates be interviewed for a job. HR at KPMG duped me so the hiring manager could check off a box and hire someone he’d already chosen.
Beware of this company's tactics. Ask to have a phone screening with the hiring manager personally to make sure you won’t be used as a sacrificial lamb.

Question 1
Give me an example of a report you produced that supported strategy.
Very simple. Although I didn't get the job was very pleased with the process. A little misleading in the in the first lines of my rejection email, but other than that, I would apply and interview for other jobs.
Good Experience. They asked about previous experience, RLS, Dynamic Title, data modelling, cadinality, Power Query scenerio for senior data analyst position. Prepare well on DAX, Data modelling and Power query
