1) CV check 2) logical and English test (15 mins) 3) second CV and results check by the main team 4) Field-related tests and interview
Took around 2 weeks for the whole process, it was fast
Personal interview took around 1 hour, the tests before 1,5 hours
Kurzes Online-Gespräch zum Kennenlernen und Fragen (nicht fachlich) von beiden Seiten zu klären. Dabei waren 2 Verantworliche für Trainee. Allgemein freundlich und klar was danach passieren sollte. Nach 2 Wochen bekommt man eine Rückmeldung von HR und Fachbereich.

Entrevista telefónica de 10 minutos de duración. Te preguntan sobre tu currículum vitae y tú experiencia profesional. Después preguntan por el nivel de inglés, y te hacen una pregunta en inglés. Tú le puedes decir que te repita la pregunta, es mejor eso a no contestar.

Interview
Primero una fase de dinámica de grupo con diferentes juegos de habilidades personales, y posteriormente una fase técnica con un caso práctico específico del área donde se va resolviendo en grupo y se van haciendo preguntas. Por último entrevista con directores.
