Initial fit interview with going through CV, followed by a full day of Case interviews (3 interviews with senior consultants) and a logic test (similar to GMAT), and as a final stage interview (conversation) with the managing partner

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kearney (Hyderābād) in Dec 2025

1 round - very poorly managed and communicated. Due to this I missed other interview. Asked me case study, the partner dint make the interview process smooth, runs late for about 2 hours

Some highly difficult case study on Insurance diverging to Healthcare industry. The partner already had in mind some other candidate. Utter waste of time
I had Multiple interviews from Personal Fit and several Case interviews (final interview with partner). Interviews were remote and time was flexible. Had to the chance to get to know company “coffee call” before initiating interview process
There were 2 rounds of case interviews, after which I got the offer. First one was with partner, second with manager. Was quite straightforward and short (10-15 minutes each). Overall a good experience
