Interview
Reeks interviews (4) met managers (2) en partners (2), waarin telkens een grote nadruk gelegd wordt op het persoonlijke, maar vooral op de case-interviews. Dit zijn cases van ongeveer 30 minuten, waar een bedrijfssituatie wordt uitgelegd en waar de vraag is hoe je deze case zou oplossen of hoe je zou te werk gaan als je zelf consultant zou zijn op die case. Persoonlijke vragen gaan eerder over sterktes, zwaktes, ervaringen, interesses. Zeer breed en breder naarmate de interviewer meer senior wordt.

4 interviews met in elk interview een case van ongeveer 30 min + Persoonlijk gesprek over ervaringen.
Smooth interview process, very well organized. Two rounds with two interviews each (fit + case). Expect results to come 1 week after each round, with the possibility to get feedback from interviewers.

The case was easy. It was on the operation side, but the behaviours were difficult. They really want to see if you are fit or not. They asked me back to back questions about different situations, how I would deal with them, what my Mindset is

Tell me about a time when you work with someone difficult
Two rounds. First round: 1 case + 1 behavioral, virtually on Teams. Interviewers were Associate and Manager level. Second round: 2 cases + 1 behavioral, in-person Partner makes offer call. Final round interviewers were Principal, Partner.
