I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Korn Ferry in Jul 2020
Interview
I received a verbal offer with a start date and then Korn Ferry backed out. Everything was going well until that point. I find it a rather unprofessional practice to make an offer and then rescind. As a career coach, these practices are the exact things we have to help our clients with and recover from. I expect better from Korn Ferry.

Question 1
I have been working at the same company for the last X number of years and was laid off, how should I start my search?
I applied online. I interviewed at Korn Ferry (Madison, WI) in Feb 2021
Interview
1st round for this process was highly professional and they asked basic questions and were very friendly to chat with. It was 30 minutes long. The recruiter was nice and it was very basic questions you'd expect for a phone interview.
The introductory interview is a relaxed over the phone call. It is hard to gauge where the interview is at and hard to know what they’re asking. The questions are wordy and they are looking for a specific answer.

Question 1
What is your experience with creating a full coaching program?
Conversational and at ease. The interview involved a role play at the beginning and questions were asked afterwards. The role play was an important strategy to ensure the competencies of an effective coach.
