Interview
The recruiter sent an email to schedule the phone screen. Once the phone screen was completed, she asked me to interview with the manager the next day. I interviewed with the manager and the day after I received an offer.

Why are you looking to leave your current employer?
Felt like the interviewer was busy and didn't want to be there.
Told me they have a strict budget for this role (very low and pretty unliveable) - if there is a strict budget why is this not added to the job ad, it wastes both the interviewer and interviewee's time.
Told me they would get back to me and never did.

All are professional from initial interview up to final interview. On time, friendly atmosphere and feedback was received on the time they promised, great office environment and assisted candidates all throughout the process.
