I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Korn Ferry (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
I was reached out directly about the Senior Consultant position from LinkedIn. After speaking with the recruiter, it sounded interesting to consider. I took an assessment and there were two more rounds of interviews.
After all rounds completed, I was offered the normal "Consultant" opportunity which was never mentioned at all during the process and more than 15% less in expected salary requirements. Basically wasted my time and their own because if I had known sooner, I would not have interviewed at all since this was a pay cut. The recruiter then ghosted me because she said she'd get back to me with feedback but I never heard back. Then I find out they withdrew my application for me. Super awkward & unprofessional.
I didn't expect Korn Ferry who specializes in HR consulting to treat potential employees this way. Classic bait and switch & I was caught off-guard.

Question 1
What do you know / think about Korn Ferry offerings?
I was ghosted after two interviews with the recruiting team which was surprising since this is a human capital consulting firm. Everyone I've met from Korn Ferry has been great, but was a bit disappointed that the process was not more formalized or communicated.
