Interview
I applied through the advanced degree channel. The first round composed of two parts: a written test with 26 questions finished in one hour and two group case studies. I think I did well because I got into the second round. Then, did not make it. According to the feedback from my interviewer, I actually did well with all three case studies. But I felt kind of misled by their requirements of personal experience test. I was told before answering those questions to use more "I" to emphasize what I did, impacted, achieved from my past stories. So did I. Then the feedback suggested what I failed to deliver was how I interacted with others even there was no big achievement. So, I learnt a lesson. Still fantastic experience! Learnt a lot just in two weeks. Amazing staffs!

The interview is structured exactly as the preparation materials describe, i.e. personal fit and case. All interviewers were friendly and supportive. After each interview round I received helpful feedback. The cases are not easy but fair.

First, there is a computer test screening. Then, you get invited for the first round interview, usually conducted by an AP. Then, for second round, you have two interviews with Partners. You get feedback quickly, less than a week between interview and feedback
