3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months

Interview
Follow-up was the worst of 9 firms. I wasn't updated until a week after my classmates. My callback included no feedback. At their encouragement, I later scheduled feedback with two of my interviewers. Neither followed through as they coordinated. Simply put, consistently disorganized and textbook unprofessional.

Question 1
When did you lead a group of people to accomplish a task
Too long, too many rounds, too many people interviewing you and you need to follow up several times in order to get a response. They give you the materials to prepare which is good, but everything else is suboptimal
Das erste Interview war mit der HR. Klassische Fragen - Führ mich durch deinen Lebenslauf, warum Consulting, was motiviert dich etc. Das zweite Interview ging 3 Stunden. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlerenen, kamen zwei Case-Studys dran - eins auf Deutsch und eins auf Englisch.
