Once you get the offer the BGV is going to take atleast 3 months - Remain patient

Recruiter reaches out to schedule a tech screening.
Next week the interviewer reaches out to confirm the dates and within 2 days a Tech screening is conducted.
SQL questions followed by data related project question followed by a business case scenario question. Overall the interview went great.
No response on next steps for a week or two. I follow up with the recruiter twice only to see an automated reject on the career portal soon after sending the email.
This isn’t the first time I have faced this with Microsoft. I wish they improve their recruitment system. Extremely inefficient recruiters who do not have the courtesy to follow up.
