Hired through a recruitment agency (the Recruitment dept is outsourced so you work for the agency onsite at Microsoft.) So initial phone call with agency recruiter then 2 face to faces at Microsoft with manager and team members. Manager was very nice but very professional, very hard to read. Team members were very casual and nice but neither struck me as having much experience doing interviews. One kept giggling, maybe seemed a little unprofessional.
