Working with the Xamarin recruiting team was the best recruiting process I have experienced. They were always crystal clear with next steps, highly responsive, and transparent of how far into the interview process I was. Anytime I had a question, I was comfortable reaching out to the recruiter or the hiring manager and they were always quick to respond.

Great process start to finish, first IV was over Zoom and internal recruitment were on point. Great signposting and contact start to finish! Final Interview in London F2F was very well structured, without being too stuffy.

Sourcing contacts first You need to apply via web based application. 3 interviews of 45 minutes with 2 people each. First with the sourcing contact and then hiring manager (2nd line) and a direct report. Then a second line manager and someone from the extended team.
