it was simple , and analytical interview , depends on the way you are using for taking dissensions , be careful about your words and expressions , use easy language to describe your answers , describe your motivations

The HR contacted me through LinkedIn. I had an interview with a SQL Support engineer. The interview went well. Just basic questions about .NET framework such as IL, CLR, threading and basics in Web development. There were some SQL troubleshooting problems. The interview was about 30 minutes over the phone.
The HR scheduled a 2nd interview at MS office.
When I went to the office. I came 30 minutes late. So, as a punishment they cancelled the interview. The HR tried to reschedule the interview but I suspended my application.
