1st Stage: Telephone interview - competancy and motivational
2nd Stage: 5 interviews with Associates and MD - competancy, motivational and a little technical
3rd Stage: Assessment Centre - 2 interviews, technical and motivational. 1 group exercise with a case study on acquisition options for an e-commerce type company. 1 individual presentation, same case study with different acquisition options and 10 minutes to prepare beforehand. 1 numerical test.
