The interview started as a 2 on 1 with the Site Manager and the Director: I was employed at the time so I was looking for a jump into the (regulatory) world. I then interviewed with the local managers. I sent my thank you letter and followed up with a call 2 weeks later. I was told they still hadn't made their decision. (although the timeframe they offered me was shorter) I followed up 2 more times only to find out that they were offering the position I wanted to someone internally but would like me to take over their position, with the chance that I could work into (regulatory) in the future.
The office was located in an unmarked building, the directions were ok, but it was good that I was familiar with the location. The security staff are outsourced: so they can only make a call for you. The work culture is laid back with an emphasis on production.
The work culture seemed a little Quliqe'ish but it was easy to make friends as management. The office is an open work cubicle structure. There is a small waiting area inside the office. A larger waiting area at the security check in.
Parking is an open parking lot with visitor parking available in the front.
A suit, or dress-suit is required for interviewing.
