Interview
1 chilled out phone interview, then an assessment centre. Assessment centre contained a 1 hour interview, a case study/ presentation task and a high pressure group task which is where I tripped up. Met some nice high up directions in between tasks with time to network with other students interviewing at the same time. Overall I was treated well but the tasks were very laid out in a very uncomfortable way. Interview was in a dark room with one guy, made me feel unwanted which was probably intentional to trip me up.

Interview
The HR team was very friendly. I had group exercise, case study and a strength-based interview. The group exercise was a bit tricky and the case study was technical about ratios and stuff. The strength-based interview was the easiest part, mostly what would you do etc questions.

Interview
Had 2 interviews from senior members of the department both taking around 45 minutes. Both were strength based and asked relatively similar questions. Also was a group presentation which took place as the first activity.
