Digital interview first, hate digital interview because its much harder to explain yourself within a capped amount of time and no specification to what the computer means by the questions. The questions were very specific; 7 questions.
I met with branch manager, but I already had prior experience with the company through an internship. Mostly discussed the eventual transitioning towards an FAA. Questions were mostly about the job and sales

Both online and in person. Before the process was changed and more was done online. Initial testing done online, then followed up with one in person interview with branch manager.

What are your reasons for choosing wealth management as a career?
Very easy digital interview process that allows you to highlight your personal story, unlike most corporate interviews which can be very impersonal. It is very relaxing to be able to pre-record answers versus being put on the spot.
