Interview
After plenty of networking, I received an email indicating that I will have a 1st round interview. This was a 30-min phone interview in which I spoke with an Analyst the whole 30min, but I could hear that there were a few people listening in the background.

Question 1
1) Tell me a little about yourself and why are you interested in IB?
2) Tell me about your last internship and how did it affect your decision to apply for this job?
3) Walk me through all line items of the Income Statement.
4) Given a fictive lemonade stand business: you charge $10 per cup and you sell 10 cups a year. Also, you have no depreciation & you rent your stand for X amount of money per month.
You are paying employees $Y per month. Walk me through your financial statements.
The first stage of the application process involves filling out your personal details and submitting your CV as part of the initial screening. After that, the next stage is psychometric testing, and then a Hirevue. Following that is typically a telephone interview or AC.

Interview
I only did the first round. It was 30 min, with a senior analyst if I remember correctly. 40% behavioral and 60% technical. My interview was after a lot of other people had gone so the interviewer looked kinda tired and done with life before we even started. The interviewer polite though
