I have given 2 interviews with 6 months gap. So in the first try, they rejected me in the managerial round and there were no tough technical questions and others were star based. I was not expecting a rejection, as managerial round went well. I applied to same profile after 6 months, this time they took me till directorial round and rejected. In directorial round, you can expect no technical questions, only previous projects details and work experience the interview didn't even last 15 mins. He was happy at the end of the interview. I thought this time I got it. But 3 days later I got rejected. So the point is, they don't consider your technical stuff or your work experience or not even you soft skills. If they found some other affordable candidate in terms of money, they will REJECT you. No matter how good you are at your domain or expertise at tools and skills. I will never prefer MS to anybody. You will just waste your time. They don't consider a candidate's performance all over the rounds.
