It's a Telephone Interview. Interviewer introduced herself first. She's a senior manager in the liquidity function based in London. Then she wanted me to talk about myself a little bit.
It was pretty quick. Initial call then power day. Consisted of mostly behavioral questions. power day was individual then group presentation with other candidates. there was literally no technical question, just wants to get to know you better.

The process was online and it consisted of Four rounds. First call with HR, second call general questions about the role from a member of the team, third and forth rounds with managers (local and New York based)

The interview process was structured, organized by the local HR. First the HR access my experience and the salary expectation. Then the local boss held an 30-40 minutes discussion, mainly about the technical experise. Lasty two short interview was conducted via videoconference with the regional (Europan) and the global boss).
