Recruiter agency submitted my profile to them, once resume is shortlisted, the interview was scheduled, got invite from Morgan Stainley, they were asking for 3 hrs Interview, but I asked to have it for not more than 2 hrs, finally they aggreged for 2 hrs discussion.
