Interview
There is a several-round hiring process for the graduate Equity Research Analyst scheme. After online tests and a phone interview, it will culminate in a day-long set of individual interviews and team exercises. The individual interviews are a mixture of personality/experience questions (e.g. times that you have faced a challenge, times that you have led a team), financial questions, and problem-solving to test your mental math and your logic.

A practice equity research analysis: given several news articles, we were asked to make a prediction as to how the featured company would do in the future.
2 rounds of interview one with the lead and other with the VP. it focuses more on your skills and experience in your current role where in you are asked regarding logical situations.

How do you prioritise tasks which have same day deadline?
General questions about the line of business and common questions about how you would assume their teams handle certain situations. Mainly on behavioral side but also technical can be included.

After initial screening from HR, assessment day with other candidates followed by tests and a short interview asking motivation for joining the company, the career path, and relevant technical knowledge for the role.
