3 Stage process - recruiter, hiring manager then director. Very quick if you're the candidate they're after, don't expect feedback if you don't get through the interview. Was a fairly friendly chat focused on competences in the first few interviews followed by role specific/knowledge on the team/concepts etc.

General questions about the line of business and common questions about how you would assume their teams handle certain situations. Mainly on behavioral side but also technical can be included.

After initial screening from HR, assessment day with other candidates followed by tests and a short interview asking motivation for joining the company, the career path, and relevant technical knowledge for the role.
s&t IE: first round 30 minute telephone interview, number of basic behavioural questions. second round 30 minute telephone interview, combination of some harder behavioural and basic technical questions for job role
