Intense process that involves a lot of rounds. One has to do a ton of detailed modeling work and analytical work to be able to gain access to multiple rounds of interviews. Lot of candidates to go against
General questions about the line of business and common questions about how you would assume their teams handle certain situations. Mainly on behavioral side but also technical can be included.

After initial screening from HR, assessment day with other candidates followed by tests and a short interview asking motivation for joining the company, the career path, and relevant technical knowledge for the role.
